SPENCER® Nexus Anti-Shrinkage Vacuum Mattress. The Dual Operator Casualty Transport Solution.

The Spencer Nexus is a vacuum mattress designed to resist shrinkage, uniquely allowing two operators to transport a casualty without affecting stabilization, even when immobilized on a spinal board.

The Nexus features eight reinforced carrying handles and perimeter hook-points for restraint belts. Internal wooden supports maintain its rigidity and anti-shrinkage characteristics. The durable handles ensure a firm and reliable grip during transport, even in critical scenarios.

The lower sections of the Nexus vacuum mattress are constructed from durable nylon with a poly-vinyl coating, ensuring long-lasting durability. Embedded inserts on the underside provide additional support to the casualty and minimize mattress retraction during decompression.

Comes with three 50mm nylon safety straps, a vacuum pump, and a heavy-duty nylon transport bag. The Nexus's design enhances casualty comfort by conforming to the body's shape, supporting a maximum load capacity of 150kg.

Equipped with a chromed brass on/off valve and made from non-absorbent, self-extinguishing fabric.
