Delivery charges are calculated based on your order value and delivery location. Certain large, heavy or specialist items may be subject to additional delivery charges.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are shown on individual product pages where applicable.

If no specific delivery timeframe is displayed, we aim to dispatch available items as quickly as possible, typically within 24 to 48 business hours.

Please note that some products may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer or distributor and may therefore have longer lead times.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, details will normally be provided once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Certain larger or heavier products may require specialist courier delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, UK offshore islands or other remote locations.

Where an additional courier charge applies, we will contact you before proceeding with the affected part of your order.

Large, Heavy & Specialist Items

Some medical equipment, furniture and oversized products require specialist courier or pallet delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. Where additional charges are required, we will contact you before dispatch.

Please ensure that suitable access is available at the delivery address for large or palletised products.

Direct Delivery from Suppliers

Some products may be dispatched directly from an authorised distributor, manufacturer or supply partner.

Orders containing multiple products may therefore arrive in more than one delivery.

Delivery Delays

We make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service has been specifically agreed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to stock availability, manufacturers, distributors, couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will endeavour to keep you informed.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional delivery charges may apply if the parcel is returned to us or requires redelivery.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

Additional charges incurred as a result of repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be passed on to the customer where appropriate.
