The flat touch screen controller is easy to clean and sanitize, as it lacks raised buttons that could trap dirt and bacteria. It provides displays, alarms, and records for both minimum and maximum temperatures of the probes. Similar to a smartphone screen, it locks after 30 seconds to prevent accidental activation.
