Effective Bleeding Control in Combat Scenarios.

The CAT features a windlass system with a free-moving internal band that ensures true circumferential pressure on the limb. Once the windlass is tightened, it locks in place to stop bleeding. Additionally, a Velcro Windlass Strap secures the windlass during patient transport.
